I am pleased to announce that Kyle Schimmoeller will begin working with us in Carey as the Superintendent of the Minerals Plant on Monday, June 25.  Kyle served most recently as the Plant Manager for Quikrete in Columbus, Ohio, where he led a group of 40 employees, managed the shipping and distribution fleet, executed a production tracking system and was responsible for full production and distribution schedules utilizing LEAN principles for efficiency and cost reduction.  Kyle also gained valuable experience while working at Dysart Corporation as the Production/Building Manager and as the Team Advisor when employed at Schreiber Foods in Shippensburg, PA.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Food, Agricultural and Biological from The Ohio State University.  Kyle and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Mary and Henry.  They are excited to move from Columbus to Findlay to be near the Carey facility and closer to family in Fort Jennings, Ohio.

Please join me in welcoming Kyle and his family to the National family.
