This highly motivated individual will have operational experience, will grow our existing engineering staff and provide support across every area of our organization. This individual will be in a high visibility role with dedicated commitment to development and growth by senior leadership. The day-to-day opportunity will be to influence and be exposed to multiple areas of our organization including:
- Major capital projects
- Process Optimization
- Mine Planning
- Drone Program
- Process Automation
- Controls and Maintenance planning

Education and skill requirements:
- 1-5 years of operational experience
- Possess a BS in Mining Engineering or related field
- Collaborative team oriented and passionate
- Intellectually curious
- High moral standards and unwavering integrity
- Results oriented
