Chesterville Plant Foreman
The National Lime and Stone, a multi-plant natural resource company, has a Plant Foreman position available at its Chesterville facility. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of employees engaged in all phases of plant operations and maintenance on first shift. The person will assist in the development of operational and capital budgets and evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes. This facility is located in Chesterville, OH. Successful applicants should have the following background and attributes:
*Four-year degree (mining, engineering or comparable preferred)
*Five to ten years manufacturing experience preferred
*Five to ten years supervisory experience required
*Mechanically inclined with operational knowledge of fabrication, maintenance, and
repair a plus
*Excellent team-building skills
*Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
*Results focused and customer oriented
*Total engagement with company principles (safety, people, profit)
*High energy level with motivation to succeed and grow with the company
